(rood-) Generate excellence in the service delivery in the respective area ofresponsibility(rood-) Ensure the team is suitably resourced and trained to be effective and support theRegion & Country organization in their service sales endeavor(rood-) Operational handling of spare part, tooling and repair orders coming from R&Csand end customers(rood-) Effective continual transactional support for all activities within scope of the OrderDesk Food Processing & Packaging as defined by the Head of Order Desk FPP(rood-) Manage departmental costs and seek for process efficiency gains throughout theentire supply chain in the area of responsibility(rood-) Alignment on order handling and logistics approach on all products(rood-) Coordinating and handling escalations, such as are made by customers andR&Cs

(rood-) Work experience within a customer service envoirnement is a advantage(rood-) Good knowledge of English language writen and oral is a must. Good planningand organizational skills(rood-) High communication and conflict solving skills(rood-) Wilingness to travel (ad hoc)(rood-) Has a international outlook(rood-) Flexibil (rood-) Teamwork(rood-) Proven to work accurately ( (rood-) Hands-on mentality (rood-) Managment experience(rood-) Education on level MBO+/HBO (technical background is a advantage)(rood-) Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a advantage)
